Stack and Wrap For Unstable Loads

This automatic PCTA-2100 Rotary Turntable was integrated with a Robotic Palletizer allowing very unstable loads to be wrapped as it is being built.

Working with the robot, the stretch wrapper wraps in stages allowing the robotic arm to stack the bagged product on the skid. When the robot has applied the required number of products it signals to the wrapper to wrap those layers, thus allowing unstable load to be wrpped.

The height of the loads is detected automatically, allowing the wrapper to apply the film as required.
