Phoenix PHPA-2150 Automatic Stretch Wrapper

Versatile and fast, the PHPA-2150 automatic stretch wrapper can handle most jobs with ease and efficiency. This non-conveyorized turntable stretch wrapper has numerous features that make it one of most flexible wrappers out the market.

The video shows a standard wrapping cycle for the PHPA-2150, including loading and offloading. An operator pulls a cord (from his forklift to start the rotations) and that’s the only human interaction this machine needs to complete the wrap. With this model, the forklift operator can remain on his machine and attend to other tasks while the wrapper does its job.

What makes this stretch wrapper so flexible? The front and back of the machine can be moved around the warehouse with a forklift. Move it to where it’s most needed on any given day, or leave it stationary. If your production needs change frequently, this is a great feature to have.

The PHPA-2150 is still powerful. The extra-large turntable (For a 74-inch load diagonal, calculate your Load Diagonal) is built with heavy-duty, durable components and has a 5,000 pound load capacity. This automatic stretch wrapper does 15 RPM and up to 40 loads per hour. The entire stretch wrapping process, as shown in the video, including placing and removing the pallet from the turntable, takes about two minutes.
