Automatic Turntable Cut, Wipe & Clamp System

The Phoenix PHPA High Profile Automatic Turntable Cut & Wipe System not only cuts (not tears) the film, but also attaches the film to the load by wiping the full web of film down to the load. This is so it doesn’t unravel compared to many competitive models that simply allow the film to hang and drag at the end of the cycle.

The pneumatic controlled cut & wipe system automatically cuts the film and applies the film tail to the load. A tension relief roller eliminates the tension on the cut wire ensuring a longer heat-wire life. A timed impulse heat system, cold to the touch in seconds offers a safe cutting system.
